1. Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used personal care products (like shampoo, cleaner, or detergent)

Custom or personalized orders

Discounted or clearance items
3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be asked to provide bank details for the refund transfer.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still need help, contact us at care@mabslthread.com, mabslthread@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
